Investor Update

Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company Limited (formerly known as Max Bupa Health Insurance) was previously a Joint venture of 2 promoter entities – Max India Limited and Bupa Singapore Holdings Pte. Limited till December 15, 2019.

With effect from December 16, 2019 Max India Limited has exited the Max Bupa JV and shares have been transferred to Fettle tone LLP (and affiliate of True North Fund VI LLP), a leading Indian Private equity firm. Bupa continues as the second JV partner.
